Everyday, I feel incredibly blessed to be the mama to 2 AMAZING little boys with Down syndrome! The absolute JOY they bring to our lives is beyond anything we could have ever anticipated! Our lives are so much richer.....so much better....just from knowing them. Ryder has been home from Ukraine for 2 1/2 years now, and Anchor has been home from China for 7 months now. My heart melts every time I hear them call me mama or every time they wrap their arms around my neck to give me a hug. I feel overwhelmingly grateful that I have the amazing privilege of calling these boys my sons. We cannot imagine our lives without the incredible joy they bring us every single day.
On the other side of the world, an equally AMAZING little girl waits. She waits for a family of her own. She waits to finally be CHOSEN! She isn't the cute, squishy toddler anymore, and truthfully, she isn't so little anymore. She is a 12 year old beautiful girl who has waited SO LONG for a family to finally call her their own. She waits because she was born with Down syndrome. We cannot wait to be her family. We already have our approval from her country, and we are planning to travel in less than 4 weeks. The only thing standing in the way is raising the rest of the funding required to bring her and her 10 year old, soon to be brother, with a severe, life-threatening heart defect, home. We have approximately $14,000 left to raise and very little time to do it due to us medically expediting to get our son the medical care he needs for his heart.
Right down the road from us, there lives another AMAZING little girl with Down syndrome named Isabella. My aunt and uncle adopted her from Ukraine about 2 1/2 years ago. Adopting Bella has been a complete joy in their lives. She is growing and learning each day, and her perseverance is an admirable quality about her. There is not a person that she has met that she does not LOVE. She is always smiling, passing out kisses, and her mama asks God each night how did she get to be so lucky to have this little girl as her daughter. And, half way around the world, there is another 7 year old little girl who has lived her life without a family by her side.....all because she, too, was born with Down syndrome. She has no idea that this family loves her so much, and they are working so hard to bring her home. They cannot wait to welcome her into their lives and hearts.
The proceeds from these shirts will go towards bringing both of these AMAZING girls home to their families. It's a win win situation. You can help spread Down syndrome awareness and just how AMAZING our children with Down syndrome are, all while helping bring two incredible girls with Down syndrome home to their families who love them so much.
Now, for the details. These are all incredibly high quality shirts. They will likely be the softest shirts you have ever owned.
The first design is "Keep Calm". These are available in Adult and Youth Sizes. They are also available as a front design only or a front and back design.
These are the adult "Keep Calm" shirts available. The t-shirts, v-necks, and raglans are all an extremely soft triblend material. The adult t-shirts and v-necks are $26 with free domestic shipping and the raglans and dolmans are $29 with free domestic shipping. All of the Keep Calm shirts, except for the dolman, are available as a front and back design for only $1 more per shirt.
These are the youth "Keep Calm" shirts available. They are available in sizes Youth XS - Youth XL. The unisex youth shirts are an extremely soft triblend material and the youth girl's fit shirts are a soft poly/cotton blend material. They are all also available in a front design only or a front/back design. The youth shirts are $25 with free domestic shipping, or $26 with free domestic shipping for a front/back design.
These are the youth shirts available in the "Extraordinary" design. They are available in sizes Youth S - Youth XL. The unisex shirts are an extremely soft triblend material, and the girl's fit shirts are a soft poly/cotton blend material. They are $25 with free domestic shipping.
The third design is "My Heart Belongs". These are available in adult sizes S-2XL. They are a front design only. The t-shirts are $26 with free domestic shipping. The dolmans and raglans are $29 with free domestic shipping. The t-shirts, and raglans are a unisex fit and the dolman's are a women's fit.

You can purchase the shirts using the drop down buttons on the right side of our blog. Orders will only run for 1 week (until Monday, March 2nd) to allow for time for them to be printed and shipped out in time for World Down Syndrome Day.
NOTE on sizing. All of the adult shirts are a unisex sizing, except for the dolman's. They are a women's fit sizing. They are the hardest shirts for me to describe the fit. Some people say they run true to size and others feel they run small. They are extremely roomy on top no matter which size you order, but they are fitted at the waist. I order up 2 sizes in this shirt because I like a little extra room around my waist.
